Women’s Safety Workshop
In our women’s self-defense workshops, we teach women how to recognize danger, avoid bad situations and how to react when the situation turns violent. The workshops focus on a women’s size, strength and mental condition when under attack. We guide women on how to deal with verbal confrontations and personal weapon effectiveness. Our program teaches women how to neutralize the most common attacks; ranging from having your arm grabbed, to being pinned on the ground. Women can start the program at any time without previous experience, starting at age 8 and up.
Teen Tactics Workshops
Our children are susceptible to self-image issues, vulnerability, feelings of awkwardness, and peer pressure. Teaching them with Confidence is Critical. This course coaches our youth on how to make smart decisions and how to defend against the various risks they may face. Ages 12-17.
Bully prevention begins with confidence and self-respect. Most confrontations can be talked through. However, occasionally words aren’t enough and your child needs to be prepared for either situation. Our program focuses on teaching your child basic self-defense techniques, in addition to building self-confidence and self-discipline.

Senior Safety Awareness
While getting older doesn’t mean becoming helpless! There are many options when it comes to self-defense for seniors. Whether you focus on safety tips for prevention or learning basic self-defense techniques, learning to protect yourself will build your confidence. Also, consistent practice will improve your overall health and fitness. Take your safety into your own hands and know that whatever happens, you can handle it!

Just for Men
There are times when men just need a some guy time. The statement, “Iron Sharpens Iron” , embodies out approach to guy time. Come join us for a great workout and learn great life skills. Our program combines a mixture of basic techniques designed to prepare anyone for any situation. We teach instinctive movements, so they are easy to learn and remember under stress.

This program combines a mixture of basic techniques designed to prepare anyone, for any situation. We teach instinctive movements, so they are easy to learn and remember under stress. Our program is not dependent on size, strength or physical ability. We explore "real life" situations where you learn to fight off an "attacker”. This will help you to develop an understanding of the 5 elements of combative conflict resolution: Awareness, Confidence, Assertiveness, Knowledge, and Focus. This program is effective for men and women, ages 8 and up.
